coilovers or aftermarket struts(springs & shocks)

i want a stiffer than the stock ride in my car and dnt want the feeling of my car bouncing every time i hit a bump.. but i do like the suspension thats on there now.. it handles good enough for me..but what do you think..from experience..

dude im going trew the same thing. from all the research ive been doing..( 2 months now) i came up with this..
if you have a good 1200 for coilovers then get them. sure u can find coilovers for around 400 but they suck. the car ride is real bad. also the performence isent all that great.
what ima end up doing is getting good shocks and lowering springs. and if u go lower then 2 in then ur gonna need camber kit. i say tein s tech springs and Kyb AGX shocks. the price i found them in all together was around 400 for the shocks and about 250 for the springs. for my teg it will lower it by 1.8 in fron and 1.5 back. the web site says 2.5 but that never happens .thats a perfect drop if u want a nice ride

haha alright thats a bet yah man the shit is confusing..ive been doing research ever since i got the car haha but for my budgets performance shocks and lowering springs will be fine...really just with the stock suspension it handles good all im thinking of doing is getting wheels stiffin the body and frame and get a sway bar and see how that does..lol and i can still hop speed bumps with out hitting nething under the car..o yah 1 more thing about sway bars i did this aftermarket sway bar on this r32 at my job a month ago it had 3 holes 1 for stock 2 for stiffer than stock n 3 for hard are all sway bars like that?..(i forgot the manufacture) but i kno its only for vw's and audis.....

you should be fine if u get the sway cars in front and back. i still say u feel the most change if u swap the springs and shocks. and for the sway bar u installed..umm im not to sure. the ones i seen jus has the stock holes

o ok well i seen some now with the stiffnes settings..well ill start looking at some suspension stuff espically after taxes
