I can get pretty much any color, wrinkles, hammertones anything pretty much.
Any rims besides steel need to be on a case by case basis. They have to be sand blaster before coated. Alot of times its much cheaper to paint and bake in our oven and then recoat. The heat between paint coats helps it bond and tend to make the paint last longer on the rim. Paint will never be anywhere near as strong as powder coating but is a great cheaper alternative if done right to coating on wheels.
