Injen CAI for 8th Generations Civic Si

This is a video for anyone considering buying an intake. I highly recommend getting a Cold Air Intake by Injen because of where it is placed. I got a pretty decent power gain from the intake and better gas mileage. What i like most about it is that it does not soak up heat like a short ram intake would. It was pretty simple to install, but as you can see...you have to take your front bumper off to install it properly. If anyone has an opinion on which intake is better to get for this car, please give me your opinion.

Yup I painted them myself. It took me a full day to do all 4 wheels. It was well worth it though cause its been like that for a little over a year and it still shines well and hasnt chipped off or worn off yet. And the red lip is just vinyl lol

i'd be scared of getting water in my motor.......i like my fujita for now....

The Injen CAI is actually placed in a very safe place. You really don't have to worry about Hydro lock with this intake unless youre gonna drive it through a river or something. lol. I highly recommend this intake. SRIs just soak up too much heat and therefore become inefficient.

oh i see i did the same on my fg2 like 3 years ago painted on black with red lip and the honda logo on the center cap red too......

Yeah. Its an easy way of getting a new look. lol
